Administrative Staff

We have six friendly, experienced receptionists: Paulette, Brandy, Amber, Nikki, Christy, and Carolyn. They are trained to help explain your treatment, schedule your appointments, help with arranging and filling out your insurance forms, and will arrange comfortable payment options for you.They can even help confirm your appointments via email or cellphone text messaging!


With over 11 years experience in the dental field, Brandy joined our administrative team in 2014. She completed her Dental Assistant Certification through NAIT while working and travelling throughout the Northwest Territories and Yukon. She enjoys spending time with her husband and ‘fur’ babies.


Nikki has been a member of St. Albert Dental Centre for over 15 years. She began as a registered dental assistant and now mainly works behind the scenes doing bookkeeping, accounts receivable and administrative duties.

Aside from dentistry, she loves spending time with her active family.


Paulette has been a member of the St. Albert Dental Centre team since January 2008. She assists with the reception duties and general administrative tasks around the office. She always has a warm smile to welcome all to the office.


Lily has been at St. Albert Dental Center since November 2017, and has previous experience working as a dental administrator at a paediatric office. She was born and raised in Edmonton. Lily has a passion for film production and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 


Carolyn has worked at St. Albert Dental Centre since August, 2008. She currently works as casual vacation relief in reception and accounts receivable. Carolyn is also a piano teacher in St. Albert.


Christy joined St. Albert Dental Centre in April 2017 and assists with general reception duties. She has 9 years of dental field experience. Christy enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
